Artist Statement: Through this magazine cover I had created it as a representation to "conserve" ourselves as queer people. Art is oftentimes used as an outlet to feel seen and to express ourselves. Conserve Magazine Worldwide is a magazine with that thought in mind. The article title as guides to protect your peace and the learn how even if you live a different life, inserting yourself into the rights of others is not okay. In todays political climate I found it extremely important to talk on this as well.
